If you haven’t received the email after about 10-15 minutes, your email provider may have mistakenly labeled the message as spam.
Please check your “Spam” or “Junk” email folder, and if you do find the email, open it and mark it “Not spam.”
And to ensure that future messages don’t suffer the same dire fate, whitelist our email: firstname.lastname@example.org by adding it to your trusted senders list, contacts, or address book.
Not sure how? You can find some handy instructions on whitelisting for a variety of popular email clients here.
